I understand that Jods and Odds will list my items on the Jods and Odds website for me and handle the sales transaction. Jods and Odds can make no guarantee that any of my items will sell .
I agree to pay 25% of the selling price for items consigned. Additional services can be added for a fee.
I understand that I can request return of the item at any time. If shipped, I will pay all shipping expenses in advance of shipping.
I understand that all items I consign with Jods and Odds shall be in good condition, clean and pressed prior to consignment of the item.
Payments will be made by check and sent to me in the mail at the address specified within 60 days of the final sale of an item.
I understand that it is my responsibility to keep Jods and Odds apprised of all address and phone number changes and corrections.
Jods and Odds is NOT LIABLE for loss or damage of consigned items resulting from fire, theft, vandalism, natural disaster or other cause.
By signing this contract, I agree to all terms and certify that I own the item(s) listed on consignment with all the rights to sell such items.
